1 Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement if they receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Products returned without original packaging, used items, products damaged by customer mishandling, customised products, or clearance items may not qualify for returns or refunds.
2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a request, customers are required to provide their order number, clear product photographs showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Please send these details to our support team via email or through the contact form on our website. We will review your submission and guide you through the next steps.
3 Inspection & Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, we will inform you whether the refund or replacement request has been approved or rejected. If approved, refunds are generally processed within five to seven business days and are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
4 Cancellations & Policy Misuse
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. RAANISA reserves the right to reject return or refund requests in cases involving policy misuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated abnormal return patterns.
