1 Cancellation Requests & Refund Processing

Customers may request cancellation of their order before shipment confirmation. Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund process is initiated immediately. Refunds for canceled orders are generally processed within five to seven business days and are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account, depending on their internal processing timelines.

2 Shipped Orders & Policy Misuse

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. At that stage, the order is already in the hands of our logistics partners and is on its way to you. Customers are therefore advised to carefully review their order details, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping address, before completing payment.

RAANISA reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in situations involving policy misuse, suspicious transactions, or fraudulent activity. We monitor cancellation patterns closely to ensure that our policy is used fairly and to protect our business from abuse.
