We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Sale items and custom-stitched pieces are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, simply WhatsApp us your order number and reason — we'll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep.

Yes! Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₹5,000 across most pin codes in India. For orders above ₹5,000 or for remote areas, we request prepaid payment via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking. A ₹50 COD handling charge applies per order.

Most of our ethnic wear is dry-clean only, especially embroidered and heavily embellished pieces. For plain cotton and linen kurtas, gentle machine wash on cold cycle is fine. Always check the care label inside your garment. Avoid direct sunlight when drying to preserve colour vibrancy, and steam-iron on the reverse side to protect embroidery and prints.

Share your measurements (bust, waist, hip, and height) at the time of order in the notes field or via WhatsApp. Custom orders take an additional 5–8 business days and are non-refundable once production has begun. We shoot all products under controlled studio lighting to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variation may occur due to your device's screen calibration or brightness settings.
