Estimated delivery timelines generally range from three to seven business days for metro cities and five to ten business days for other locations across India. While we strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, please be aware that delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or courier‑related issues may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will keep you informed to the best of our ability.
3 Shipping Charges & Tracking
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on delivery location, order value, and any ongoing promotional offers. The applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your payment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
4 Responsibility & Claims
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. RAANISA shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients at the time of delivery.
If you receive damaged packaging or find that items are missing from your shipment, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the delivered items, along with your order details. We will investigate the matter promptly and work to resolve it to your satisfaction.
